Viewing Activity Comments
Viewing Activity Comments
On a recruits profile page, you have the ability to view comments related to any logged activity for that particular recruit. Any notes affiliated with phone calls, unofficial or official visits, etc. See below as to where you can find this feature.
1. Within a Recruit Profile, click View Activity Comments
2. A box will open in the middle of your screen with the Activity Comments/Notes for that particular recruit.
Note: The columns are sortable, click the column header you would like to sort by to accomplish this feature
3. To close this box, click the X in the top right corner of the box
