Summary:
Reporting from the staff page allows you to see the current inventory issued to staff members, staff member's sizes, barcodes, and their transaction history.
Report Descriptions:
Barcode Report - Prints a list of staff members with their barcode. These are commonly placed in binders and scanned to easily issue and return items for staff members.
Barcode Labels Reports - Prints a list of staff members with their barcodes in a format that can be printed on sticker labels. These are commonly printed and stuck on lockers to easily issue and return items from staff members.
Current Issue Report Summary (Items From Current Sport Only) - Prints a list of staff members from the current search along with the total value of inventory issued to them from the current sport.
Current Issue Report Summary (Items From All Sports) - Prints a list of staff members from the current search along with the total value of inventory issued to them from all sports.
Current Issue Report (Items From Current Sport Only) - Prints a list of staff members from the current search along with the inventory issued to each of them from the current sport.
Current Issue Report (Items From All Sports) - Prints a list of staff members from the current search along with the inventory issued to each of them from all sports.
Current Issue Report Raw Data (Items From All Sports) - Prints a list of issue transactions from all sports for the staff members in the current search.
Current Issue Report - Taxable (Items From All Sports) - Prints a list of taxable staff members from the current search along with the taxable inventory issued to each of them for all sports. If the staff member is taxable on all items, all inventory issued to the staff member will appear.
Current Issue Report - Taxable With Signature (Items From All Sports) - Prints a list of taxable staff members from the current search along with the taxable inventory issued to each of them for all sports. If the staff member is taxable on all items, all inventory issued to the staff member will appear. This report contains a field for staff members to acknowledge the issued inventory value is correct.
Current Issue Report - Taxable Raw Data (Items from All Sports) - Prints a list of issue transactions from all sports to taxable staff members in the current search. If the staff member is taxable on all items, all issue transactions are shown. If the staff member is taxable on taxable items only, only issue transactions of taxable items are shown.
Current Issue Report - Taxable - All Staff From All Sports - Summary - Prints a list of taxable staff members from all sports along with the taxable inventory issued to each of them for all sports. If the staff member is taxable on all items, all inventory issued to the staff member will appear.
Current Issue Report - Taxable - All Staff From All Sports - Raw Data - Prints a list of issue transactions from all sports to taxable staff members in all sports. If the staff member is taxable on all items, all issue transactions are shown. If the staff member is taxable on taxable items only, only issue transactions of taxable items are shown.
Size Chart Summary Report - Prints a report of the number of staff members who have a specific size for each size chart. This report can be used to order the correct number of items from your vendor.
Size Chart Report - Prints a report of every staff member in the current search along with their size for each size chart.
Transaction History Report - Prints a report of all transactions for each staff member in the current search.

1. Click on your Staff.
2. Select a sport using the Sport dropdown menu.
3. Search for the staff members you wish to create a report for.
4. Select a report from the Print Report dropdown.
5. Click Print.
