Searching Forms (All Forms & My Forms)

Step 1: Click on the forms tab 

Step 2: Select either "My Forms" or "All Forms" at the top of the page

Step 3" Use the search detail bar to find the specific form you are looking for. You can search for a specific person or for a word used in the title of the form.
