Mobile App: Admin View vs Transaction View

The FR TRAC Next Gen mobile app has two different views to control permissions. System Administrators can control permissions for mobile users in the Staff Profile.

How to Set Mobile Permissions

Set Mobile permissions in the user control widget at the bottom of the staff profile:

Transaction Only View

This permission is intended to allow users to create transactions only as well as make quick updates to Athlete/Staff size charts during the Issue/Return process.

Administrator View

This permission grants access to everything the app has to offer, including Dashboard Metrics, easy size chart approvals, review of athletes that need to return non-expendable items, and more. Administrators can also add/update athlete/staffs, mass receive and shrink orders as well as update order quantities, make quick updates to some item profile information and more!
