Email Confirmations for Ticket Requests

  1. Under the Main Settings Column
  2. Click Email Notifications, on the line of the event you wish to edit
  3. You can change any of the listed email notifications set to deliver immediately depending on the status of the ticket request
  4. You can also include specific merge coded information for accuracy
  5. Click Save and Return to confirm your updates
