FR TRAC Inventory Management
Complete a Core Academic Evaluation (Initial Eligibility)
Step 1: Select the recruits tab
Step 2: Select the name of the recruit that you want to do an initial elig. worksheet for.
Step 3: Click on the priority fields drop-down and select "initial eligibility"
Step 4: From here, you can start your worksheet or update an existing worksheet. You can also rename your worksheet by using the special icon.
Step 5: Scroll to the bottom and enter the recruit's test scores and core courses. Make sure you are saving all of these as you enter the information.
Step 6: Once you have entered the data, scroll to the top and you will see a summary of the breakdown. This will also allow you to put in their projected qualifier status.
NOTE: This video shows a Division II initial eligibility worksheet, however, if you are at a DI institution, your rules will reflect that. It is the same process, just different rules.
