Alert Quantity

Summary:

The alert quantity functionality allows you to receive a notification when an item reaches a specified quantity in the system. This is useful as it allows you yo keep track of what items are low on stock and potentially need to be ordered.

Article:

1. Click on your Inventory.

2. Click on the Item ID you wish to set an alert quantity for.

3 .There are 2 ways to assign an alert quantity:

 a. To mass assign an alert quantity for an item, Input the value you wish in the Apply this Alert Qty to all Sizes below WITHOUT an Alert Qty box, under Item Detail.

b. To individually assign an alert quantity for an item, input the value you wish for each size variation of an item in the Alert Qty box on the right most box of each size iteration.
