Adding/Removing Notes

To Add a Note to a Student-Athlete

 

Step 1: Find the Roster and Roster member that will have the note.

Step 2: Select the box next to their name and select more.

Step 3: Click Add Note

Note: You may also add a note directly from the Student-Athlete's profile. Additionally, adding a note for a Roster Member will allow coaches and staff members to see it as well.

 

Removing A Note:

 

 

 

Step 1: Click into the Roster Member's profile.

Step 2: Click Priority fields and select Activity History

Step 3: Find the note in question and select the red X to remove it.

Note: Removing a note will remove it for all attached to that Roster.
