Add Recruits to an Event

  1. Click Top Right Menu
  2. Click on Recruiting Events
  3. Click on the specific event you wish to add recruits
  4. Select the Assign Recruit(s) button, the system will take you to the recruits page
  5. Search and Find the recruit(s) you wish to add to the event, using the checkboxes on the left
  6. Click More
  7. Select Add to Recruiting Event
  8. Update the reservation for the recruit(s) with available information
  9. Click Save and Return  to confirm your additions
