What happens when you have a multi-sport athlete?
An athlete will read as a multiple-sport athlete if they appear in more than one database within your institution.
Example:

Common Questions:
Q: Can I send another sport the recruit or roster member?
A: No. The coach will have to enter the recruit or roster member in their database, or the recruit/roster member will need to fill out the online form.
Q: Why is the recruit/roster member not reading as a Multiple-Sport Athlete?
A: This could mean that the recruit/roster member 1) does not exist in another database 2) The First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, Home Address 1, or Email Address do not match.
Q: Will the data update as one sport adds/edits the profile?
A: No. When a recruit/roster member is in both databases, you will only see the name of the other sport at the top of their profile.
Q: Will the other sport's coach see my interactions with the recruit/roster member?
A: No. All interactions are sport specific and can only be viewed from that sport.
*NOTE: Multiple-Sport Student-Athletes (Roster Members) will only have to fill out NCAA Forms / Institutional Forms for one sport.
