My Recruits Aren't Receiving My Emails

There are a couple of things you can check:  

1. Make sure the email isn't in another folder such as SPAM or in one of the other tabs in their email client like PROMOTIONS or UPDATES

If the email is in one of these folders, have the recipient move the email into their  PRIMARY folder. Then all future emails will go into this folder. Front Rush sends emails using spoofing, meaning, we are sending emails on your behalf but they aren't actually coming from your email domain so that's why they will go into the new promotions/updates folders unless they move them over

2. Make sure the recruit has an active email address that isn't on the bounced or unsubscribed list

3. The recruit might be reading the email, but not displaying the images in the email.
