Having Trouble with the Mobile App?

Is your Front Rush Mobile App acting up? Please try these troubleshooting steps first:


Is your App in need of an update?

iPhone: 

  1. You can check to see if the developer of an iPhone app has released an update. Simply open the iTunes App Store on your iPhone, and tap the Updates icon at the bottom of the screen. 
  2. Click the Updates icon, located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Android: 

  1. On your Android smartphone or tablet head to the Google Play Store. ...
  2. Hit the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the left and select My Apps and Games.
  3. This menu is where you can see which apps on your device have available updates.

Have you tried restarting your device?

iPhone: 

  1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button.
  2. Slide the red slider to turn off the iPhone, and then wait a few seconds.
  3. Press and hold the sleep/wake button again until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Android: (varies by device)

  1. Hold the Power button down until the 'power off' image appears to click on to power off the phone.
  2. Hold the power button again to turn the phone back on.

Lastly, delete and reinstall the App

iPhone: 

  1. Press and hold down any icon until all the icons begin to jiggle. You can't delete any Apple apps that came with your iPhone.
  2. Tap the little x in the upper-left corner of the app you want to delete.
  3. Tap the Delete button.
  4. Head back to the App Store to Download the Front Rush App

Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store App
  2. Tap the Menu Icon and select My Apps and Games
  3. Find the Front Rush App labeled, "installed" then select uninstall.
  4. Head back to the main Google Play store to download the Front Rush App.
